Our class has recently been learning about various “Thinking Maps”. Today we introduced our 5th one…The Brace Map. This map is used for analysis of whole to part relationships. Our students loved creating Snowman and then labeling the parts!
This year, for our parent Christmas gifts, we painted ceramic ornaments with our friend Mr. Jeff from Purple Glaze. After our kiddos painted their ornaments, they added ribbon, wrapped them in tissue paper, and put them in these adorable santa bags they made. Then they wrote cards to their parents and decorated their cards with ellison snowmen.
Today after school, we will start Christmas shopping for our 43 little angels! We have been blessed with a donation that is allowing us to provide 2-3 gifts for each child in our classroom. Our Winter Celebration is next Tuesday…so we are going to shop until we drop and wrap until our fingers fall off! WE CAN’T WAIT TO SEE… View Post
